Kenmore doesn't actually produce their own product, but rather re-brand someone else's. Figure out the manufacturer by finding other grills that look identical or see if there's a giveaway on the info plate somewhere on the grill itself. Maybe even contact Sears. Once you find out who made it, it should be simple to get the right conversion kit. Now, that said, I converted from LP to NG, and HATE the NG. I used the proper conversion kit, had my plumber run an oversized gas line to the deck, but everything cooks slower and doesn't get as good a crust as the LP-burning unit. I understand that NG burns at a lower temp than LP but was mistaken in thinking that the orifice-change would compensate for that and end up delivering the same BTU's. I'm going back to LP. I will also mention that my grill is a Lynx infra-red unit, so maybe the infrared behaves differently than a regular gas grill, although Lynx told me, after the fact, that yeah, the BTU's are going to drop after the conversion. Live and learn. Good luck.
