Converting my gas grill to natural gas

I have a kenmore grill that i want to convert to natural gas. I am a licensed plumber and have already ran my gas line to my deck. I bought a conversion kit but the model grill i have isnt listed on it. I have read that all you need to do is get the correct size orifice and your good. Problem is I cant seem to find the info I need to do this. If anyone knows how to figure this out or a place that i could go to get the correct orifices would be much appreciated! Thanks
