I can tell you that you will need to make sure that these parts are stainless steel:

1. Firebox
2. Burners
3. Burner covers or "flame tamers"
4. Anything else that is in the direct pat of HEAT.

I have a three year old $500 CharBroil and I am going to have to spend $300 getting it back to running condition. I may be able to sell it for scrap at this point.

All of the things I mentioned above in my CharBroil "Commercial Series" are made from standard carbon steel painted with a "cermaic coating" It's all rusting from the inside out.

CharBroil told me to take a hike on the warranty -- becaus I did not register the grill with them when purchased.
