anybody have any experience with this grill........ I have a chance to purchase a used one fairly inexpesive and have no experience with the infrared grilling. I think it would be great for steaks and chops, but im a little concerned with chicken pieces and fish. Sounds like this syle of grill gets really HOT. thanks for any input.
