Does anyone have any experience with the Traeger Executive (125)? I am looking at buying one, and have been told it can be very difficult to get up to 400+ degrees. I know this model had been discontinued, but, I do have access to one from a dealer. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks, Cari
