I have read alot of reviews on side by side somkers you can get for under $250 from home depot or sears. Alot of the people have posted that its very hard to light your fire and keep the heat. Are these good smokers that just need some mods? or should I stay away from them? This will be my first smoker just trying to get a good starter.
