I'm trying to remember the name of a fabulous high-end grill I saw, all stainless, I think, which featured v-channel cooking grates that directed fat away from the fire. It also had the ability to crank the grill surface up or down, like a santa maria-style grill. Does this ring a bell? Thanks.
