Thanks for the comments, griller. I'm wondering specifically if it presents any problems with the acummulated chicken juices by the end of the cook. Is it scary to get it off of the grill with no spillage? Is the bottom of the bird in that juice? Mayhaps I'm imagining more juice in the setter than there actually will be.
