We just bought a genesis e-320. The display model had regular cast iron grilling grids, not the porcelain ones. So we had him take the stainless flavorizers and grilling grids from a ep model and exchange them. Now it seems like the standard e-320 should have the porcelain flavorizers and grids? And I would be happy with those, just didn't want the plain cast grids. We had to pay an extra 50$ for the stainless so we are basically getting the ep-320 we were told. Will the food stick to the stainless more so then the porcelain? And is there any other differences between the e series and the ep series?

Also, is it worth the money to get the s series? We didn't want to pay the extra money (100$ or so). Will the finish on the one we got hold up like the stainless? Thanks in advance.
