The Lynx product is pretty good, but customer service is non-existent. Phone calls are not returned, all phone calls seem to go to voicemail, emails take more than a week to get answered. Even my local dealer complained to me about how difficult it is to deal with them (unfortunately AFTER I made my purchase). As for the functionality, it's great when it works, but I've now been waiting for 5 weeks for my third replacement transformer to show up so I can once again rotiss (which also works great, when it's working).
