Dennis, The Weber Q series is a portable table top grill, offered for propane use only.

It is a pretty unique design for using the plumber torch bottles for fuel, with a screw on adapter for the 20lb grill tanks. NG runs on lower pressure than LP so orifice and valve holes are larger. It will burn NG now, the burner doesn't care, but there is a huge safety factor so conversions are frowned on from several different fronts.

No direct part exchange is available. You might try a NG grill side burner valve in place of the existing. Anyway that it is done will require an above average skill level.
