conversion from LP to nat'l gas

I have a Great Outdoors Grill Co. "Blackstone 1000" grill that I love.
The G. O. G Co. has long since sold out but I would like to convert mine to nat'l gas. Can I just go buy a new generic pressure regulator or will I need something unique to my grill? i.e. a flow rate for my burner size, etc?

Thanks for your help!
