The best gas grill under $250 is without a doubt a USED Weber Genesis 1000 / 5000 that you can get on Craigs List for anywhere from $50 to $150. I bought one three years ago for $60, put in new S.Steel flavorizer bars bought on Ebay for 50 bucks (these were manufactured aftermarket by a metal worker in California that were a thicker Stainless Steel gauge than the original Weber brand)also bought on ebay for $25 a natural gas manifold w/the special grey hose. This grill that I bought was already about 8 years old plus my 3 that makes it 11 years and it cooks like any new grill with available parts it will last me another 11 years, I grill at least nights every week now that it's hooked up to N.Gas. It works like a charm. . .
