Dry aging steak using drybags

I am trying using drybags to dry age a striploin at home in my fridge. The bag sealed good (I bought the Sinbo sealer from them also). Striploin is getting darker burgundy color. I put it in about a week ago, hoping to have 14 day dry aged by memorial day. Have lots of family coming. Has anyone else tried the drybags? Their info looks pretty impressive.
