I have converted the older grills and have a set of NG valves for the Silver B and would probably work with the Spirit but I don't know if they would work with your E.

Removing the LP hose and replacing it with a NG hose is a piece o cake. The NG valves have larger holes because NG runs on much less pressure.

You can run NG on the LP valve system, it will not get to max temps. I have run LP through NG valves and the temps were high on the lowest setting.
