Try calling them and see what they say. Did you purchase it locally? If so, I would go back to the store and get them out there...the hearth and patio stores that carry these are usually all about Customer Service (as well they should be for the prices). I cooked on once, and I was torn between the Regal II (yours) and the Lynx (which I ended up with because of the deal I got), but I really felt the design of the FM was a bit better (hood being more enclosed, more BTU's per inch, etc). I would definately stay on the peeps wherever you bought it from and i would call FM directly. Now, if they do not respond, or send someone right out, then that is not right whatsoever and I would not blame you for getting that thing out of your kitchen asap...you spend that kind of money on a top end grill (or anything for that matter), and you expect superior results and superior CS. Please give an update as to what happens and good luck
