I probably sound like a complainer, I'm really not :) But I did send a few emails into the company, no reply.

I really question the design, the pan under the burners are so close, the grease drippings catche fire as the food is cooking. From a quality standpoint, the grill is excellent, thick metal, cast iron burners...

I dunno, must be me....
