I agree...a good piece of meat needs no marinade whatsoever..I (ribeye is what I get 90% of the time) coat with olive oil and then dust with Greek Seasoning, or fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt..no need for marinade unless you have a subpar piece of meat imo
