If you want to stick with the 1504 size, you can often find used Ducane grills on ebay -in fact, there is one on there now. It does say pickup only - but if you are just looking for the top and bottom casting, you may be able to talk the person into shipping just that. Ducane parts are sometimes hard to find but bbqparts.com has the most complete selection of parts for the older ducane models....at very reasonable prices. rubicam
