Need replacement for old Ducane Brick-it-in

I have been unable to find a replacement grill head to fit in the stainless steel Ducane brick-it-in cabinet (installed around 7 years ago). The Ducane 1504SHNE model head is no longer salvageable and I'm really hoping not to have to break out the concrete and tile to remove the cabinet. Any suggestions?
