These folks have a unit that they use at car shows and other events. I saw it about 2 weeks ago. I wish I could remember better, but it probably is 2 ft X 5ft open top. I think they offer ribs and chicken from it

Post back if you get information good or bad. I know the guy that runs the monthly car show, and he will have their contact. They come regularly.
