None IMHO, as long as you are comfortable working with it. I refurbish Weber grills and they are pretty simple to work with. The valve needs to go into the end of the tube and that is about all that is required.

There shouldn't be any adjustments required.

If it is a larger burner it is likely going to make the the cooking are hotter, so watch for that and adjust your controls to keep the heat that you like to cook with.
