If you are wanting a gas grill at that price point, Weber is your best bet. I have had several grills over the years - from Charbroil, to those nice shiney SS units at Homedepot and Sams, to Weber, to Lynx. My Lynx definately looked better, was built better, and cooked better then my Webers, but it should for the price of them (3k and up). For 1k and under, you cannot get a better built, better cooking gas grill then a weber...plain and simple. That being said, I now cook on a Primo ceramic cooker, and I honestly get better results then I had on any of my precious gas grills. Good luck
