I curently cook on one of these for 3 years now. I have done 30 brats at one time.
It will also cook
8 pound turkey breast.
3 racks of baby backs, with indirect heat
3 whole chickens
Can adjust the height of the charcoal to high for grilling to low for smoking. For the money, you can buy almost 5 of these and they can cook many different ways. Add some wood chips and it's a smoker. I wouldn't recommend getting the offset fire box. Just another unneeded expense
