Jason, Part of the $150.00 is service charges by the company. The large tanks have higher pressures than the 20lb tanks. I am pretty sure their service includes a pressure regulator along with the other necessary items to complete the conversion hook up from the 20lb tank.

Go with the gas company and forget about it.
