Andy, You can not beat charcoal taste when grilling.

The new gas grill are producing much better tasting food than the old ones. The Weber Q has cast iron cooking grate and when fitted with discs laying on the bottom, hot grease drips down and smoke rises, aint charcoal, but it aint bad either.
