Need a professional BBQ Smoker

We are looking for a Professional BBQ Smoker, with equipment, to smoke, ribs, brisket, and maybe a whole hog, for our annual meeting on the second Saturday of October 2008. We will purchase the meats.
Last year we had 250 adults and about 50 kids eating at the meeting. Last year we had hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids. If you are interested and within 50 miles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, post and let me know how to contact you. We will want to taste your smoking prior to closing the deal.
