Char Broil builds two models of their new "Red" which is sold exclusively at Home Depot stores.
One model is a 3 burner and the top of the line model is a 4 burner with rottiserie and a couple of whistles and bells.
Both feature a new design/technology that provides infrared across the entire cooking grate. It's a sort of tub shaped insert that sits on top of the burners with the food grill sitting on top of the tubs.
Has anyone cooked on either the 3 or 4 burner model and can you provide some insight?
Does the cooking grills get much above 500F?
Any observations are greatly appreciated.
