One of the wheels fell off the 2nd time I used it. I kept putting on the wheel and tapping that stupid retainer on the axle. Then the next time I used it it would fall off again. I finally used a drill some flat washers and a couple of cotter pins to hold the wheels on.
For the price I paid you are right they are junk.
