I'm looking at getting my first higher end grill, and initially started looking at TEC, due to their technology (glass emitter panel), etc. Then, I stumbled upon a grill review comparison chart, which basically said the FM was better.
My concern is if I go with the FM (full infrared), what protects the burners from food drippings?
Secondly, since they are roughly the same price, which is recommended. I'm looking for a 2-3 burner model, with a cart and rotis kit, side burner is optional.
