Im hosting a party in a couple weeks where we will have about 20 guests. I would like to smoke a boston butt (12 lb) and a couple of chickens, 2 of them at no more than 4 lbs a piece. First im wondering if this will be enough meat for 20 people and secondly im wondering how early im going to have to get up to start smoking to have the food ready by 7 P.M on the day of the party. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
