I hope someone can help me. I having a barbecue for 15 people on Friday. I just bought a new Weber E320 and plan on using the rotisserie to cook one of those big Rib Eye roast that you can by at Costco for $75. It seems that my Weber maintains a temperature of about 300 when the front ad back burner are turned all the way down and the middle one off. I guess what I need to know is how long before the barbecue should I start cooking? Should I put a drip pan with some water underneath? Any other hints? I am a little nervous about cooking on brand new equipment for so many people! Thanks
