I have several cooking machines, and I love tinkering with them. For the times that your bride can't wait to wrap her lips around one of your excellent burgers, I have a recommendation. It is a $19.95 gas UniFlame from Walmart. I rigged mine to use a 20 lb. grill tank rather than the plumbers torch tank and put a needle valve in the line so it is lite and use. It is a table top model and I love it. I can cook as many as 6-8 burgers or just a couple. It is fast and easy.
When you have the time lite them coals, but when time is short lite the gas.
