I am about to purchase a Weber E-320 but I had one question. I do a lot of rotisserie cooking and noticed that this model does not have a rear burner like my Broil King does. How does it cook with the rotisserie? I assume that it uses the lower burners but would that not cause flare ups? Please let me know your experiences!
