I bought the Blue Ember 2 weeks ago. The grilling is great, features are great, everything in Consumer Reports is true with regards to its cooking capability...and then it rained. When it rains my drip tray overflows with rain water spilling grease inside the cabinet and eventually through the floor of the cabinet onto my cedar deck thus staining it. I've emailed the customer support to see if I've installed it incorrectly and have not had a response. I'm pretty sure it's installed correctly as I've quadruple checked the manual. Has any other owner experienced this? I'm not reliable enough to cover my bbq 100% of the time after I'm done cooking for the day nor am I reliable enough to empty the tray after each use. So although that may mitigate this problem it won't prevent it forever. And I do bbq in the rain at times and if it rains steadily enough it won't instantly evaporate.
