I went in the store took the manual out of the unit sat down in the patio section and called the company. They answered the phone in under 5 minutes! They are located in Dickson TN. The lady was helpfull and was a 100% local native. Not someone in the fareast or Mexico. I would recomend this grill to everyone I come in contact with.
