I saw it at my local (Westminster, Maryland) Home Depot for $399.00. I do not know when the sale ends but I just bought it this past Wednesday. I started puting it together yesterday. The directions (yes I am reading the assembly instructions for this :-)) are very clear and the parts well labeled.
