This Friday the site is posting a video and recipe of my best turkey yet done on the kettle. It involves starting the turkey breast side down in a roasting pan to protect that lean meat from drying out. The recipe also calls for a brine and a bit of smoke. In the end you get a mighty juicy turkey with some awesome gravy.
