John - Most ACE Hardware stores have a pretty good selection of Weber and generic parts, depending on what you want. For the vents you can get them from Weber customer service. They may ask what kind of grill you need them for, so you should get together a story before calling. Go to the Weber website and look at the parts diagrams so you know what to ask for. Parts direct from Weber are inexpensive and shipping is $5 for the entire order.
