need some advice on salmon. i try to grill it per the "weber cookbook": pleny of olive oil, start flesh side down, flip after 5 to 7 minutes, grill on skin side for another 3 or so. direct heat, medium, preheated to about 550F
the fillets always come out cooked perfectly, but...
the fish doens't want to release from the grill on that first flip. as a result, I wind up chewing up hte fish with the spatula trying to flip it. what's the trick. how can I get a prefect flip with nice grill marks on the fish?
