If by quality product you mean the cost or quality of my grill, the genesis is left in the dust. Cooking low and slow does not guarantee a good final result. I have two Lang 84 Deluxe models, 3 WSM's as well as an FEC100....All of which cooks low and slow. I'm all over low and slow. My new mobile unit is gas; my first one. Gas grilling takes a different technique I am told, so I thought this forum may be a good place to inquire about it.
