I'd be a fool if I didn't point you to my own, which is called "Weber's Real Grilling." I spent about year developing the recipes and text. Lots of pretty easy recipes and techniques learned along the way. There's a website, too, which will give you a bit of a preview. www.realgrilling.com
I also like Steven Raichlen's book "How to Grill" and "The Cook's Illustrated Guide to Grilling and Barbecue."
