I found a few packs of choice tri tips marked at $2.89 per pound at Costco. So guess what I'm cooking for Easter?
I'd appreciate any suggestions for grilling these up on my Weber kettle. I'm thinking starting them off direct, then moving them off to indirect heat after they're seared.
