Buying a new grill - I need help deciding!

Hi, I have narrowed my new grill search down to 2. I'm only looking to spend $200 and here are the 2 models I'm deciding between:

- Char-Broil 45,000 BTU Gas Grill w/ Side Burner (Home Depot) - 675 sq. in. total cooking surface, 45,000 BTU main burners, 13,000 BTU side burner. 3 stainless steel burners, porcelain cooking grates, warming rack, 3 yr. warranty on burners, 1 yr. on other components, lifetime warranty on cast aluminum on the top and bottom of the grill.

- BBQ grillware 42,000 BTU 3 Burner Gas Grill (Lowes - CR Best Buy) - http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=41590-46487-GSF-2616

Please help me decide. I'm really stuck!
