Ok, novice question for you. Been hearing a lot about tri-tip lately, and I want to give it a go. What temp do you cook it at? Do you grill it, or smoke it? Since it is cut from the sirloin, I was going to treat it like a sirloin, and just grill it, but thought maybe it was too big of a cut to take that kind of heat.
