Yo Paul, Best advice I can give you before you build your new trailer set up is to go to a few contests on a Friday evening. Walk around and talk to different teams whose set ups you like or interest you. Tell them what you are thinking of building and ask them what they like and what they will do different on their next one. Most cooks are proud of their rigs and won't be too shy about speaking to you.
Saturday is not a good day to try and talk to cooks about their trailers. This is crunch time and they will all be getting their turn ins ready.
