We got rid of our old gril that was on a small trailer and have changed to an old 250 gallon compressed air tank (3' X 8') that will sit on an 18' trailer with everything needed for an event (wood, generator, job box, etc.)
I think that we're pretty good at BBQ (like all of you, of course) and want to get in on a contest or two this year. Called KCBS and they said that the standard minimum setup is a 20' X 20' space, although it can vary. What sizes of BBQ's are at most of the contests? Just want to make sure that I'll be able to get it into most places. Anybody got any traier BBQ pics?
