Big Guy, thats one of the things I dont like about the DCS that in doesnt come with a thermometer. They say you dont need it becasue they are not acurate but I like to know more or less what the heat is.
Thats what I thought that Weber would cook better on low because DCS is way to hot. I might be getting a good deal on a DCS but im having 2nd thoughts on getting it. Thanks again.
