Thanks for all the advice. I was very pleased with the results of my beer-can chicken. I am making 4 of them tomorrow for "turkey day." I am going to to do 2 rosemary-lemon style (not smokey) and 2 bbq style (smokey). I am going to soak my chips overnight this time. Hopefully that will help.
