Sorry, I just now saw this, but to explain, I have been covered up in work and even had to work all last weekend too.
I did the thick sirloin steak again one evening last week and cooked some hamburgers last Sunday evening but that is about it. Hopefully this coming weekend I will have more time to be grillin and chillin!
